Result
4M rps of telemetry and terabytes of traffic a week on own hardware. Apps live in the App Store and Google Play. The service went from 1,600 to 5,000+ clients in a year (Hyundai’s public figures).

The architecture was holding growth back: every new client multiplied the problems. We ran a deep refactoring.
Result

Own hardware, Kubernetes and the whole stack from scratch — for terabytes of traffic a week and 4M rps of telemetry.

The infrastructure holds 4M rps of telemetry on own hardware — with no cloud bill for traffic.
